Goals and Commissions            
 

The goals and commissions of the Islamic propagation office are as follows:

1. Explanation and compilation of the religious beliefs and Quranic wisdom

2. Presentation of educational and research services to different Islamic seminaries

3. Taking advantage of scholarly and propagation capabilities of the Islamic seminaries to provide the necessary support from the cultural and propagation system of the country for the purpose of reaching the fulfillment of the holy thoughts of Imam Khomeini (R.A) and the Grand Leader Ayatullah al-Uzma Khamenei (d)

 4. Investigation and knowledge of educational, research, political, cultural and artistic necessities and priorities of Islamic seminaries and taking necessary actions to supply the needs within the framework of the approved policies of the office

5. Recognition, attraction and instruction of those clergymen who have the necessary qualifications of propagation and dispatching them to the organizations and different areas of the country

6. Preparation and publication of the books and specialized magazines and also establishment of data banks and information systems

7. Researching and compilation of the political thought of Islam, new issues regarding Fiqh and theology
